The family and I love our smoothies, and we definitely love being out on the water! Kayak Tour was inspired by a boost in energy to get out on the water one morning and fueling up before we did!
I am constantly getting creative with my smoothies and making sure the family is fueled up with nutrient dense foods – one question that I receive often is what plant-based protein powders do I use! Here are a couple of my favorite brands:
- Sun Warrior
✧ 1.5 c 9.5pH water
✧ 2 bananas
✧ 2 scoops plant protein powder (vanilla)
✧ 1-2 c frozen mango
✧ 2 big bunches of cilantro
✧ 4 medjool dates (take out seeds)
Blend until smooth & serve immediately!
