Loud & Wild 

One delicious & nutritious smoothie bowl – if you are looking for a quick power-packed snack, this is a great choice!

Smoothies are a common item you will see me whip up in our household and with the constant creativity and abundant choices of fruits & veggies, I will be sharing lots of options for you to enjoy ✧

Recipe: 

 

  • 1 cup 9.5pH water
  • 2-2.5 c frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp wild blueberry powder (Vimergy is the brand I use)
  • 1-2 big spoonfuls of Organic Cacao powder
  • 2 big spoonfuls of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas

Blend until smooth! If you like it as a thinner consistency, you can add more water 🤙🏽

Toppings (optional): 

  • Vegan granola
  • Hemp seeds
  • Berries
